I’ve been visiting this hotel for a few years now, and it's always a pleasure to return. The location is fantastic, making it easy to stroll to some great shopping spots in Palakkad. The food at the restaurant is really tasty, especially the Kerala breakfast. However, the rooms definitely need some updates as they look a bit worn, and that's a shame because the staff provides such warm and welcoming service that keeps me coming back.
